Tube and Clip:
Scaffolding in GeelongThe traditional pipe scaffold with wooden planks. This is the most versatile type and can be configured to almost any size, shape and load rating.
Cuplok and Kwik Stage System Scaffold:
A heavy duty, steel component systems, which uses steel planks. Faster to erect and dismantle than tube and clip.
Aluminium Mobile Towers:
Lightweight mobile aluminium towers, for hire or for sale. Very quick to erect - components simply clip together. These can be erected up to 4m high without scaffolding qualifications and up to 12m by ticketed scaffolders.
Aluminium Bridge Decks:
Typically used for spanning between aluminium towers, 4.5m or 5m long. Other sizes are available upon request.
Hoarded Gantry Scaffold:
If there is a risk of an object or material used in construction work falling, whether from a crane or otherwise, on to people who are likely to be in the area that is in the vicinity of, but not on the construction site, the main contractor at the construction site must ensure a gantry is erected in the area.
‘Gantry’ means a structure that is used:
- for the overhead protectin of people
- for the support of materials and people
- capable of withstanding all intended loads
Swing Stage Scaffold:
A suspended scaffold incorporating a suspended platform that is capable of being raised or lowered when in use.
H-Frame (False Formwork):
Ideal for applications where you need to stand only 1 or 2 metres above the ground. It is not easy to make comply with Worksafe regulations above this height.
Water Resistant Cladding:
Well suited to recladding of leaking buildings. The scaffold is erected around the building with aluminium trusses above the roof. Corrugated iron or clear polycarbonate is clamped onto the trusses to provide a weatherproof roof. Transparent monoflex sheeting is draped around the circumference to provide further weather protection - and still permit natural light.

Stair Access Towers:
Utilise a broad aluminium staircase built into Cuplok & Kwik Stage System Scaffold.
Formwork is the term given to either temporary or permanent moulds into which concrete or similar materials are poured. In the context of concrete construction, the falsework supports the shuttering moulds.
